Individual, Couples, & Family Therapy

Owner & Operator
Hi, I’m Ashley, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Boston University. For over a decade, I’ve worked closely with children and families, supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, and periods of personal growth.
I believe prioritizing mental health is essential to creating a fulfilling, balanced, and meaningful life. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step is something to be proud of. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to better understand themselves and make lasting changes.
My current clinical interests include working with women who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional burnout, low self-worth, or unfulfilling relationships. I also enjoy helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, identity development, self-esteem concerns, and difficult family or relationship dynamics.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I strive to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve emotional awareness, strengthen boundaries, and develop more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I work to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique experiences and goals.
